Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited in Preston Volkswagen is seeking a Local Business Development Manager to be the primary contact for business customers, identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships and delivering a premium customer experience. You will collaborate with internal sales and aftersales teams to maximise growth.

The role requires proven B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to delivery.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM systems.

Hours

42.5 hours per week. 08:30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday

Salary

OTE up to £45,000 (basic salary of £25,000) + Company Car

The Role

As Local Business Development Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for business customers, identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships and providing a premium customer experience. You will work closely with internal sales and aftersales teams to maximise business growth.

Key Responsibilities
