The Role

We re looking for a motivated and experienced Local Business Development Manager to join a leading van dealership in the Peterborough area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for local business clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Prospect and grow relationships with fleet and SME customers to maximise business opportunities and retention
  • Represent the dealership professionally, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and close B2B sales opportunities
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations in the sale and administration of finance and insurance products
  • Handle customer data in line with Data Protection and GDPR regulations
About You
  • Proven experience in automotive business-to-business (B2B) or fleet/commercial vehicle sales
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Commercially aware, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
