Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Local Business Development Manager / Fleet Manager to join our Toyota Dealership in Bristol North.

The hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of up to £60,000.

Role and Responsibilities

You will manage your own area of influence to source and develop sustainable local business sales opportunities aligned with Toyota brand objectives. You will be the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, planning and organizing your sales activities to win new profitable business. Additionally, you will support customers with their vehicle financing and insurance needs.

About you

  • Knowledgeable and confident in presenting all funding methods to clients.
  • Support the wider sales team to identify qualifying clients and provide suitable funding options.
  • Generate leads from the business community by showcasing your business proposition expertise.
  • Understand tax implications of various finance models, providing examples to aid decision-making.
  • Work at a managerial level, reporting to the GM, and highlight your sales, lead generation, and marketing activities.
  • Passionate about business customer retention, owning renewal tools and databases.
  • Excellent people skills, establishing yourself in the local business community as the trusted Toyota business expert in Bristol.
  • Provide clients with a fantastic experience from initial contact through to delivery and ongoing touchpoints.
