Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Local Business Development Manager / Fleet Manager to join our Toyota Dealership in Bristol North.

The hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of up to £60,000.

Role and Responsibilities

Within each of our dealerships, we have specialists responsible for managing their own area of influence to source and develop sustainable local business sales opportunities aligned with the Toyota brand objectives.

You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business. You will also support customers with their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.

About you

  • You are knowledgeable and confident presenting all funding methods to clients.
  • You can support the wider sales team in identifying qualifying clients and providing suitable funding options.
  • You generate leads from the business community by showcasing their business propositions.
  • You understand the tax implications of various finance models and can provide relevant examples to aid decision-making.
  • You work at a managerial level, directly reporting to the GM, while highlighting your sales activity, lead generation, and marketing efforts.
  • You are passionate about business customer retention, taking ownership of renewal tools and databases.
  • You possess excellent people skills, establishing yourself within the local business community as the “trusted business expert” for Toyota in Bristol.
  • You provide clients with a fantastic experience from initial contact through to delivery and follow-up contact during their purchase cycle.

You may be an existing Local Business Development Manager, Fleet Manager, Retail Manager, or Sales Manager seeking better rewards and career growth, with an outstanding record of sales achievement and finance sales performance.
