Are you a customer service superhero?

In a world where poor customer service is experienced worldwide, imagine working in a building that puts people first – a 'vertical village' in the heart of London. This building aims to be the most engaged and responsible workplace through people, technology, and excellence!

To make this vision a reality, we are recruiting new members for our team of Lobby Hosts—also known as customer service superheroes! Their mission is to eliminate the monotony and robotic nature of typical customer service, transforming the lobby experience.

Our customer service superheroes will not be confined to a reception desk or chair. They will roam their domain, using their customer service superpowers to enhance the lobby environment, anticipate occupants' needs as if they can read minds, adapt to various styles with their alter-egos, and multitask effectively across different situations.

Working 40 hours per week with shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £34,505 per annum

Qualifications

Previous experience in a 5-star customer service environment, retail, hospitality, or as cabin crew is preferred but not essential.
