About the team:
Exciting opportunity to join a newly established team that is an amalgamation between parts of our Global Banking & Advisory and Global Markets divisions – Distribution & Credit Solutions (DCS) combining our capabilities in the credit space.
DCS is integrated in Credit Chains working closely with Origination and Credit Portfolio Management to derisk the Bank during Primary (Syndication) and Secondary Distribution (Trading) while pursuing Fund Financing and Securitisation activities for clients leveraging a united Credit Sales and Trading team.
Non-Flow Syndicate is responsible for the underwriting book of Structured Credit products (non-liquid ABS, CLO, CMBS, Structured Commodity Finance receivables, SRT, Fund Financing products, DPR’s NPL) and Real Assets products in close co-ordination with several teams across the Bank.
While DCS will cover all industry sectors this role will sit in our Commercial Real Estate syndication Pod and be based in London.
This position will provide a wide range of access to all credit functions across the Bank providing the opportunity to develop and diversity your knowledge across various products while making a real impact in our ability to service clients more effectively and open new opportunities for Soc Gen.
