About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of development finance loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that loan documentation is up-to-date, managing covenants, conducting site visits, and reporting on the performance of loans within the portfolio. This is a critical role requiring a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to assess and manage risk effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in loan portfolio management/loan administration in development or real estate finance, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of loan documentation, covenants, and loan agreement terms.
  3. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial statements and loan performance data.
  4. Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and portfolio management software.
  5. A degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
