At Scitex, we’re partnering with a global medical device company to find an exceptional Loan Kit Technician. This is an opportunity to join a well-respected organisation making a real difference to healthcare outcomes across New Zealand.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring hospital customers receive the surgical kits and inventory they need, on time and in top condition.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, day shift role based in a clean and structured warehouse environment. It starts as a 4-month contract but offers excellent potential to go permanent for the right person. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Picking, dispatching, and replenishing medical loan and consignment kits
  • Cleaning, testing and calibrating instruments
  • Accurately transacting all movements in the ERP system (SAP)
  • Coordinating courier logistics for deliveries and returns
  • Inspecting returned kits and resolving any discrepancies
  • Working with internal teams (sales, warehousing, customer care) and hospital staff
What We’re Looking:

This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and clear communication. You should take ownership of your work, communicate effectively with internal teams and hospital customers, and follow procedures carefully.

We’re also looking for:

  • Sound computer literacy (ERP experience preferred)
  • Comfort working with physical stock, handling freight, and lifting safely
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical, pharma, or logistics) is advantageous

This is a meaningful opportunity to support clinical teams and patient care, while working with a professional and supportive team. If you pride yourself on delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.
