What are we looking for?

• At least eight years of relevant experience in a CIB/BEC role, either in Front Office, Finance and/or Risk management.
• Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Expert/Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Experience in Team Management & Proven Skills.

Overview

About the role

• Definition of credit and market risk appetites.
• Structuring and negotiation of requests for Asset Allocation limits and sub-limits.
• Structuring and negotiation of proposals for Policies, Frameworks, Guidelines with the different units involved like Front, Risk, Finance, etc.
• Manage end-to-end processes from pre-screening and admission of individual operations to the extinction of approved risks.
• Participation in credit committees and business committees.
• Identification and monitoring of market risks at both, individual and portfolio levels.
• Analysis of liquidity variables in international markets.
• Analysis of competitor’s activity, benchmark indicator, good practices and Governance.
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting of operations and portfolio.
• Attention to internal/external audits, as well as Internal Control and Technical Secretariat.
• Attention to ad-hoc Reporting demands, as well as SDA, Business Development, Business Transformation, etc.
• Develop, programming and purifying Databases. Data Analysis and Data Driven management of the activity.
• Develop Value Added dashboards and reports with inputs from internal and external sources of information.
