Job description

Join our team and take pride in playing a vital part in our delivery process! You'll be the person who ensures every customer order is carefully loaded and checked against manifests, with any shortages quickly communicated. By loading vehicles securely and in the right order, you'll help guarantee goods arrive in perfect condition and deliveries run like clockwork-making a real difference to our customers every day.

Working hours: 3pm to 12am

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately load and check vehicles against delivery manifests.
• Ensure safe, damage-free loading and correct delivery order.
• Lead, support, and direct team members during shifts.
• Monitor Health & Safety standards and staff training needs.
• Communicate with office teams and keep accurate loading records.
• Investigate and resolve missing or damaged items.
• Secure vehicles and premises at the end of each shift.

Who you are:

• Hold a valid 7.5T license.
• Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering quality work.
• Flexible, reliable, and highly organised.
• Calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage staff and arrange cover for absences.
• Confident in learning new systems and suggesting process improvements.
• Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
