About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Brett Aggregates as a Loading Shovel Operative/Supervisor at our Railhead & Concrete Plant Operation in London.

You will oversee the unloading of Trains and feed the onsite concrete plant ensuring the safety and efficient management of the site.

You'll have a hands-on role and you will be integral in ensuring a strong safety culture and the future development of the site.

About Your Role

• Ensure the safe and efficient running of the site.
• Drive continuous improvement in line with current legislation and Company Policy.
• Add value by driving efficiency.
• Be the key point of contact for all inbound and outbound material sources.
• Manage all internal and external Stakeholders.
• You should have a strong SHEQ skill base.

We're Looking For

• Experience in operating a wheeled loading shovel is essential.
• Good level of education and hold or be willing to work towards a QCF L4 in SHE Management.
• Proven track record in the industry with experience operating and maintaining heavy plant and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prioritise your own workload and that of others.
