Job summary

JobMatcha is seeking an experienced Loading Shovel Driver for an immediate start at Ipswich (IP10). Working hours are 5am-3pm with flexibility; this is ongoing work with immediate start available. You will operate loading shovels on a busy site and support production activities.

Applicants must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo for Loading Shovel and have proven site experience. Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to start early are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo - Loading Shovel.
• Proven experience operating a loading shovel (quarry, asphalt or recycling preferred).
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work early starts and flexible hours.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of a loading shovel.
• Moving and loading aggregates/materials around site.
• Feeding hoppers and supporting asphalt/quarry production.
• Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting defects.
• Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth operations.
