Job summary

Unilin is seeking a Loading Operative to join the team. You will handle loading, unloading, and despatch tasks, ensuring products are correctly labelled and packed to high standards. The role requires adherence to health and safety rules and collaboration with despatch staff and hauliers.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on a rotating basis. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced factory environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work to high quality standards.
• Ability to follow instruction and work on own initiative.
• Team player with focus on safety and accuracy.
• Willingness to work shifts (6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm) on rotation.
• Experience in loading, unloading, palletising and despatch.

Responsibilities

• Load and pack products to customer requirements.
• Work with haulier drivers to load trucks.
• Ensure accurate data recording.
• Unloading trailers and returns processing.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping and product knowledge.
