Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a reliable Loading Operative in Hastings to support waste management operations. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work and values teamwork. It is offered on a temporary basis with weekly pay and potential for permanent placement.

You will load and unload materials, assist drivers on daily routes, and ensure safety and cleanliness while following health and safety regulations. Immediate registration is encouraged.

Loading Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Hastings | Shifts: Adhoc: 04:00 - 16:00

We're looking for reliable and hardworking loading operative to support our client in Hastings for their waste management and recycling operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and values teamwork.

You will also be required to:

• Loading and unloading waste and recycling materials onto collection vehicles
• Assisting drivers with daily collection routes
• Ensuring waste is handled safely and in accordance with company procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety regulations
• Working as part of a team to complete daily workloads efficiently
