Job summary

Omnia Resourcing is recruiting for loaders/unloaders at the Sherburn in Elmet site. The role offers full training, a clear path to become a High Level Order Picker (HLOP), and a temp-to-perm opportunity within a supportive team environment.

Location: Sherburn in Elmet, North Yorkshire. Salary is £12.75 per hour on the AM shift (06:00-14:00), with 5 days out of 6 (excluding Sundays). No prior warehouse experience required and full training provided to develop new skills.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; full training provided.
• Willing to train to operate High Level Order Picker (HLOP).
• Must be physically fit and able to undertake manual handling and heights.

• Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks.

We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Loader Unloader to join the warehouse team. This role offers the opportunity to be fully trained as a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Operator, making it ideal for candidates looking to develop new skills and progress within a modern warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities as Loader Unloader:

• Unloading vehicles onto conveyors.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks.
• Supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.

• Undertaking training to become a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Operator.

Requirements as Loader Unloader:

• No previous warehouse experience required - full training provided.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Willing to learn and be trained to operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP).
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
• Own transport is essential due to limited public transport links to the site.
