Job summary

Workchain is recruiting a Loader in High Wycombe for a hands-on warehouse role with a clear path to permanent employment. You'll work Monday to Friday, 13:30 – 22:00, and be paid £13.00 per hour through the agency with a £28,500 per year permanent salary after the temporary period.

Key duties include loading delivery vehicles, quality checking items, moving stock, manual handling, and keeping the warehouse tidy.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or loading experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Loader, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are loaded accurately and efficiently for the following day's deliveries.

• Loading delivery vehicles with bespoke materials.
• Quality checking products before loading.
• Loading vehicles in the correct delivery order.
• Moving stock by hand throughout the warehouse.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Ensuring all products are loaded safely and securely.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Working closely with the warehouse team to meet daily deadlines.
