Job summary

Seras UK is seeking a Load Inspector for our Tilbury site to perform quality checks on inbound waste materials and ensure contaminants are removed. You will coordinate with weighbridge and processing teams via radio and provide clear instructions to drivers.

This hands‑on role requires safe manual handling, good communication, and adherence to environmental procedures, with training provided as needed. A strong team player will thrive here.

Description

We are looking for a Load Inspector with processing experience, ideally within the waste industry. FLT/Telehandler experience is preferred, though full training will be provided.

This is a physically demanding, hands‑on role involving manual handling, vehicle coordination, and frequent radio and verbal communication. The operator may also be required to support other areas of the processing site when needed.

As the first point of contact for drivers and visitors, a professional manner is essential. Safety, and environmental awareness are key requirements for this position.
