Overview of role:
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the main aim of this role is to ensure that all route vans are loaded with correct volumes and products, whilst maintaining high quality products.
Main responsibilities:

Carry out daily van checks to ensure volumes and products are loaded correct.
Correct with driver and report any misloads found.
Prepare the milk requirement for all vans with close attention to be paid to best before dates, volumes and condition of bottles.
Check volume requirements for high risk, samples and allergic clients and pass information correctly to the relevant line leaders.
Check and label relevant products where necessary.
Control of required labels for the next week.
Provide support to quality team with quality related tasks as and when required.
Carry out basket checks to ensure all packed fruits are in specification for packing.
Reporting to the Quality Manager any quality issues detected in any products.

Required skills:

A keen attention to detail and a willingness to strive for excellence is essential.
Tenacious profile person.
Load control experience would be beneficial but not crucial.
Quality Control experience would be beneficial but not crucial.
Ability to defend and react to any loading issues found.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent numerical skills.
Organised and methodical person with a "Hands-on" attitude.
Energetic and driven.
Passionate about fruits
