A leading childcare organization in Central London is seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care. The role requires a strong knowledge of Early Years and previous management experience. Applicants should possess excellent leadership skills and a passion for supporting the RAF community. This position offers a salary of £50,000 for 40 hours per week with various employee perks.

RAFAKidz provides high quality, affordable early years childcare and wraparound services to the children of serving RAF personnel and the wider defence community (other military personnel, civil servants, contractors and their families). Since its inception in 2019, RAFAKidz has grown rapidly and this is your chance to join as we continue to expand. Our newest setting in the heart of London is one of 21 settings within the RAFAKidz family. RAFAKidz is a not-for-profit organisation, reinvesting surplus income to support the RAF community.

As one of our busiest nurseries in a prestigious setting in Westminster, you can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting, using many of the tools and resources RAFAKidz have already developed, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. You will be fully supported by our wider management team including an Operations Manager, Operations Director and our amazing HR team.
The role will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the site, working closely with your team. Key objectives include;
