Opening hours: 08:00-18:00, all year round
RAFAKidz provides high-quality, affordable early years childcare and wraparound services to the children of serving RAF personnel and the wider defence community, including military personnel, civil servants, contractors, and their families. Established in 2019, RAFAKidz has grown rapidly, offering an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team.

You will work closely with our Nursery Manager to enhance and develop the quality of care and team. You should possess a strong knowledge of Early Years, appropriate qualifications, a nurturing personality, and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for children. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a deputy or management role and be confident in undertaking additional responsibilities to cover the Nursery Manager role during absences (e.g., holidays).
