Job description

We are looking for a trainer who is committed to supporting our rapidly growing Learning and Development initiatives in India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of learning programs to support L&D initiatives.
2. Conceptualize and develop content tailored to identified needs.
3. Develop learning solutions that optimize performance and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
4. Assist in developing standardized learning management processes, procedures, and templates.
5. Maintain and track the L&D curriculum in the Learning Management System.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and activities, using feedback to improve and scale solutions.
7. Research, design, and develop content to create programmatic solutions with multiple connection points.
8. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and oversee facilitator development.
9. Identify opportunities for improvement and own projects to address them.
10. Prepare reports in Excel with analytical insights to inform strategies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a certificate of completion.
• Hands-on experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Experience in e-commerce and logistics operations (preferred).
