The Arbors of Bedford is seeking compassionate LNAs to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Attendant, your main role will be to deliver care to residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid PCA/LNA license required. We will train new caregivers to receive their PCA certification.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
