Job summary

G MASS Consulting is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to embed within a client team, supporting Lloyd's and Solvency II submissions and data validation. You will work on fixed deadlines and contribute to continuous process improvements in a specialist third-party managing agent setup.

Experience in regulatory reporting within the Lloyd's or London insurance market is essential, with strong Excel skills and exposure to Power BI being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory reporting within Lloyd's or London insurance market.
• Strong data handling; Excel with exposure to Power BI is advantageous.
• Ability to meet fixed regulatory deadlines in a controlled environment.
• Knowledge of Solvency II reporting frameworks is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of Lloyd's returns, including QMAs, DAAs, and annual syndicate reporting.
• Assist with Solvency II reporting obligations including QRTs, RSR, and SFCR contributions.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation checks prior to submission.
• Maintain submission logs, timetables, and supporting workpapers in line with audit requirements.
• Liaise with actuarial, finance, and underwriting teams to source and validate required data.
• Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues ahead of regulatory deadlines.
• Contribute to process documentation and the improvement of reporting controls.
• Monitor Lloyd's Market Bulletin and regulatory guidance for changes affecting submission requirements.
