You will discuss how you shipped an agent used by real users, how to tell whether an agent got better or worse after a change, and how to run agents that outlive a single request.

We value experience with long-running tasks, internal data surfaces, and the ability to show what agents did and what they cost.

Qualifications

• Shipped an agent used by real users and owned reliability.
• Can measure if agent performance improves after changes.
• Experience with long-running agents and scheduled jobs.
• Understand internal data access, shared memory, and cost visibility of agents.

Responsibilities
