Job summary

Magentic is seeking an AI Engineer to own the development of LLM-based features and agentic workflows end-to-end in a hybrid London-based role. You’ll ship cutting-edge models and tooling connected to customer ERP systems, collaborating with the CTO and a world-class team.

You’ll benchmark models for performance, safety and behavior, and operationalise features across client systems, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional communication and end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-based solutions to production.
• Strong understanding of language models and CS fundamentals.
• End-to-end feature development in Python.
• Ability to connect AI features to customer systems.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own development and deployment of LLM-based features and agentic workflows end-to-end
• Develop new agentic frameworks to handle multi-agent collaboration
• Benchmark LLMs across performance, safety and behavioural monitoring
• Operationalise AI features by building tools to connect them to customer systems
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand customer problems and design optimal solutions
