Please note this is not a Bath & North East Somerset Council Vacancy.
We have a vacancy for a permanent teacher at Castle Primary School - a vibrant and growing school, situated in Keynsham, between Bath & Bristol.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives and their futures. It is a chance to join a supportive team, on a continuous improvement journey to ensure all our children reach their potential. We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible teacher, who understands the importance of going ‘over and above’ and is ready to commit to our children and team over the next few years.
Our children thrive with adults who are friendly, firm and fair, and we are seeking a teacher who is calm, consistent and committed. Being able to identify with our school vision and values is also essential for all our staff.
We can offer you:
This post will initially be in one of our three mixed-year Y3/4 classes. We are moving towards two classes per year-group over the next few years.
This post would ideally suit an experienced teacher (or potentially a very strong ECT who fully meets the criteria and has Y3 or Y4 teaching experience).
The knowledge, skills and experience to lead Computing across the school would be an advantage.
We would encourage visits to our school so you can see for yourself all we can offer and that we are the right school for you. Please contact Emma Sampson (admin@castleprimary.uk) or 0117 9864489 to arrange a tour.
The Partnership Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
