About the role

Find out from Clare what a typical day as a Liz Earle advisor looks like by watching the video at the bottom of this page. From engaging with customers to providing personalised beauty consultations, Clare's day is filled with helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store and report to the Counter Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  1. Build great relationships with our customers and colleagues
  2. Provide personalised consultations and skin services
  3. Meet your sales targets and inform customers about Liz Earle offers and in-store promotions
  4. Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
  5. Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products
What you’ll need to have

We are looking for people who:

  1. Welcome each customer and treat everyone with empathy and understanding
  2. Enjoy meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance
  3. Love to learn and stay updated with the latest skincare trends
  4. Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  5. Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Liz Earle and help customers find the best products for their needs
It would be great if you also have
  1. Previous experience working with customers
  2. Experience using skincare products on customers
