We are excited to welcome applicants for a secondment with our Manchester Living Well team.
Living Well is a new service, co-designed by people with lived experience and key partners, designed to bridge the gap between existing primary and secondary care services. Working in partnership with GMMH and VCSE organisations, it will offer a trauma-informed, holistic, person-led, and community-based service. We are committed to doing things differently and trying new approaches.

This advert is for an enthusiastic and motivated Mental Health Practitioner (MH Nurse, MH Social Worker, OT - other professional qualifications considered) who is eager to try a new way of working and dedicated to caring for service users in Manchester.
