Role Overview: We are seeking a talented, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Technician to join our team. You will work on a range of BMW/MINI models, providing technical services backed by experience with prestige vehicles and state-of-the-art technology.

Working Hours & Location:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (42.5 hours)
• Saturday, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm on a rota basis
• Location: Williams Liverpool

Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and repair work on BMW/MINI vehicles.
2. Utilize industry-leading technology and tools.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on customer needs.
4. Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience working with prestige vehicles or in an automotive retailer environment.
• Technical training in automotive servicing.
• Full clean driving license.
• Team player with a customer-focused approach.
