We are extremely excited that following the continued success of Albert’s Schloss, Mission Mars are growing their team again and looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our site and support across various departments with a focus on our guest experience bonus and guest satisfaction.

Albert’s Schloss provides World Class Food from our Cook Haus and Bakery, an outstanding range of drinks, cocktails and beers from our Bier Palace and seven nights a week of SHOWTIME!

We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our fantastic team at Albert's Schloss and submerse them into a fun, exciting and thorough training programme across all areas, before specialising in a certain section of our team. This role is open to someone who has specialist experience on the bar and who has strong Management experience.

Who We Need...

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Previous Assistant Management experience covering both wet led sales
  • Experienced in building an energised and engaged team
  • Has a real authentic desire to develop from within
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Experience in a busy, fast paced business
  • All the usual financial stuff… (we can teach all of that for the right person)

Experience in the above is ideal, but passion is everything!
