Job summary

Suffolk User Forum is seeking a Coproduction and Engagement Lead in Ipswich to drive co-produced services across the mental health system. You will manage teams, lead the Coproduction Steering Group and work with partners to embed lived experience in service design and delivery.

You will oversee internal and external coproduction projects, develop reports for the CEO and Board, and support strategy delivery through patient and carer involvement.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in coproduction, mental health, lived experience leadership or community development.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, values-led leadership that brings SUF's strategy to life.
• Champion coproduction across the organisation and ensure lived experience shapes work and governance.
• Represent SUF with the Integrated Care Board, Suffolk County Council, NHS partners and VCSE organisations.
