Genting Casinos UK Limited is seeking a Gaming Manager to lead Live Table Gaming teams and deliver an engaging customer experience on a 24/7 operation. The role requires ensuring compliance with the Gambling Act, LCCP, and company policies while driving turnover and staff performance.

The successful candidate will recruit, train and motivate staff, manage on-shift gaming performance, and maintain high safety and service standards within a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Gambling Act 2005, Gambling Commission guidelines, LCCP and licensing conditions.
• Ability to deal with problem gambling situations professionally.
• Proven ability to lead on the casino floor with strong customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a visible presence on the main gaming floor.
• Maximise turnover and margin on live table gaming by optimal staffing and table mix.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and company policies.
• Oversee recruitment, training and motivation of Live Table Gaming staff.
• Drive effective communication across departments and manage customer complaints.
• Support health and safety, security and emergency systems in the casino.
