NET-A-PORTER is seeking an Incident and Bug Manager to join our London office. You will own the live-site defect intake, triage, and real-time incident coordination, translating complex issues into clear business updates for stakeholders.

You will work across Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes, conduct RCAs, and communicate effective workarounds while issues are resolved. Hybrid working and competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Proven experience in e-commerce incident management and live site support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate tech updates for business stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure with strong analytical skills to assess revenue impact.
• Deep familiarity with e-commerce site architecture, data propagation and funnels.
• Experience facilitating RCAs and driving post-incident improvements.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and proactive incident channel management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily intake, logging, and triage of live site defects and scale issues.
• Translate incidents into clear, jargon-free updates for stakeholders.
• Lead real-time incident channels and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Evaluate issues against trading metrics to reflect commercial urgency.
• Facilitate post-incident RCAs and track long-term remediation with Product and Eng.
• Create operational workarounds while fixes are deployed for trading/content teams.
• Monitor bug resolution velocity and maintain SLA visibility.
