Live Role: Buyer (Resi)

Location: Daventry

Company: SME Residential Developer

Salary: Up to c.£50k + package

Progression: Clear path of progression to be Regional Buyer

Responsibilities:

1. Play a key role in delivering high-quality homes.
2. Take ownership of the procurement process, including raising orders and managing delivery.
3. Ensure materials are sourced on time, within budget, and to specification.
4. Work closely with site teams, quantity surveyors, and technical staff to keep projects running smoothly.
5. Raise material orders and schedule deliveries to align with build programs.
6. Take off materials from working drawings and specifications.
7. Liaise with suppliers and resolve delivery or quality issues.
8. Conduct cost analysis and track data using COINS software.
9. Support site teams with timely and accurate procurement.
