Job summary

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Live-out Housekeeper for a private residence in South Kensington. You will maintain four-storey home cleanliness, manage laundry and wardrobe, and assist with light Mediterranean-style meals, with a nanny in place and childcare handled by the nanny.

Role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work on a 5-on/5-off rota. Fluent English and comfort with pets (cats) are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper within private households, luxury chalets, yachts, or seasonal environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and exceptionally high standards of cleanliness.
• Confident preparing simple, healthy family meals.
• Comfortable around cats and happy to assist with light pet care.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.

Live-out Rota Housekeeper - South Kensington

Location: South Kensington, London Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience (DOE) Schedule: Full-time, 5 days on/5 days off rota - alternate with current housekeeper Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Tiger Private are seeking an experienced and highly reliable Live-out Housekeeper to join a private household in South Kensington. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards throughout a beautiful four-storey townhouse, supporting the smooth running of the home, and assisting with light family cooking. The household consists of a couple, their one-year-old child (with a full-time nanny already in place), and two cats. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced housekeeper who enjoys working within a professional private residence and being part of a long-standing household team.

Working Schedule: Full-time hours: 9:00am-5:00pm 5 days on / 5 days off rota, working alongside another long-standing housekeeper. Candidates must be comfortable with a rota-based schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full housekeeping duties across a four-storey private residence
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the home
• Daily cleaning, tidying, and upkeep of all living areas
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
• Ensuring all household areas are kept immaculate and well presented
• Light family-style cooking, preparing fresh and healthy meals using high-quality ingredients (Mediterranean-style cuisine preferred)
• Supporting with baby meal preparation when required, following a strict no sugar/no salt policy
• Ensuring food and household products are of the highest quality (glass packaging preferred where possible)Light pet care, including feeding cats, refreshing water, and maintaining litter trays
