Live Out Housekeeper Job near Covington, Cambridge

A friendly returning client is seeking a housekeeper to join their team. The job involves working with a head housekeeper in their 8-bedroom house located near Covington, Cambridge. The family is looking for someone who is trustworthy, professional, and well-presented. The ideal candidate should be energetic, fast, efficient, and should have prior experience in a similar role.

The job responsibilities involve cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Additionally, the candidate must be dog-friendly as there are 5 dogs in the house. You will need to drive to get to the property. The family travels often, and there is a house sitter; however, this is a great time for the housekeeper to deep clean and complete unfinished work.

Duties to include:

1. Cleaning, laundry, and ironing to a high standard
2. Marble and wood floor care
3. Artwork care
4. Soft and expensive furnishing care
5. Mopping, vacuuming, washing, and dusting
6. Very occasionally running errands

House: 8 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms are out of use

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8.30 - 5pm

Salary: £36,000 GPA
