Live out Housekeeper/Cook Job in North London

A lovely new client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a live-out Housekeeper/Cook to join their household. This role involves working at two properties: the main home in Islington and the parents’ residence in East Finchley. The family includes Mum, Dad, their toddler, and a baby. With a full-time nanny already employed, your primary responsibilities will be housekeeping and preparing dinner in the evenings.

Duties include:

  1. General housekeeping
  2. Laundry and ironing
  3. Bed making
  4. Keeping the property clean, organised, and tidy
  5. Preparing the evening meal
  6. Occasional childcare duties
  7. Assisting with dinner parties
  8. Entertaining experience is a bonus

The ideal candidate should be proactive, discreet, and capable of taking initiative. It's important to be child-friendly and willing to lend a hand wherever necessary. A strong confidence in cooking is essential, as you’ll need to prepare a variety of dishes from mixed cuisines and healthy meals. There is parking available at both properties.

Property Details: Flat: 3 bedrooms and House: 5 bedrooms, 5 floors

Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found

Working Week: 40 - 45 hours per week, 5 days per week, including Saturdays

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 gross per annum
