Live out Housekeeper/Cook Job in Esher, Surrey

A formally run, high-spec private residence in Esher, Surrey is seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeper/Cook to join their team. The Principal hosts dinner parties and events when special occasions. The household is elegant and refined, featuring antiques, fine art, and a high-end finish throughout.

The role is ideal for someone polished, honest, respectful, and proactive, with a passion for cooking and maintaining beautiful interiors to an exceptional standard. Someone who is comfortable working in a team as well as independently. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable and able to maintain top hygiene standards in the kitchen and household areas.

Use of uniform.

Duties to include:

• Cleaning, laundry and ironing

• Making beds

• Wardrobe management

• Packing/unpacking

• Cooking

• Setting the table

• Serving food

• Assisting when entertaining

• Assisting on rare occasions at the Principal’s pied-à-terre in London

Residence: 6 bedroom, with pool house, terrace etc

Working week: 5 days per week - with 2 weekends per month included. When working on weekends, you will have 2 consecutive weekdays off

Working hours: 10 am -7 pm on weekdays, and 11 am to 7.30 pm on weekends

Salary: market rate
