Overview

Live Out House Manager, New Forest, Hampshire, £70k gpa. We are seeking an experienced House Manager for a newly established weekend residence in Hampshire. This is a live-out position working alongside a full-time Housekeeper to ensure the property is kept in good condition and ready to welcome the family. The property primarily as a weekend home, although they also travel abroad frequently. The ideal candidate will be organised and proactive with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth daily running of the property
• Manage and liaise with the Housekeeper and external contractors
• Liaise with the Principals and their PA to ensure things progress
• Prepare for client arrivals and ensure the home is always guest-ready
• Provide 5-star hospitality-level service when clients are in residence

Key Requirements

• Private household, 5-star hotel or luxury yacht experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and service standards
• Strong management and organisational skills
• Discreet, professional and proactive

Schedule

• 5-day work week with 2 days off during the week (flexibility to take weekends off if the family are not in residence)
• Flexibility required when principals are in residence

Salary: £70,000 gross per annum
