Live out Executive/Personal Assistant required in Surrey – ASAP Start

We are seeking a highly proactive and organised Executive/Personal Assistant to join a busy household in Oxshott, Surrey.

Highlights:

  • Location: Oxshott, Surrey
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, with flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
  • Salary: £60,000-70,000 gross per annum

Overview:

This busy household is looking for a meticulous and highly competent Executive/Personal Assistant to provide daily support across all aspects of the household and personal lives of the Principal. This role demands a candidate who is confident they can operate to the highest standard in a fast-moving household, taking initiative, anticipating needs, and providing reliable support, both personal and financial, whether the Principle is away or present. The successful candidate will be highly proficient and have lots of experience with managing household budgets and finances as this is a key part of the role.

Duties included but not limited to:

  • Oversee all household maintenance and services, liaising with contractors
  • Working cohesively alongside the external Property Management team
  • Monitor and pay household expenses and bills
  • Manage and maintain household budgets, including forecasting budgets, through spreadsheets
  • Organising personal diaries, scheduling appointments and monitoring important document renewals such as passports
  • Arranging travel, booking flights and hotels
  • Other general administrative tasks as/when required

Key criteria:

  • Full clean driving licence
  • A switched on, solutions focused individual
  • Confident around animals
  • Polite and well spoken
  • Incredibly hard working and willing to go the extra mile
  • Flexibility is key with this role
  • Previous PA/admin experience
