The Piano Works Farringdon is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy live music venue, overseeing daily operations, staff shifts, and guest experiences. You will be hands-on, ensuring top-tier service while driving a vibrant party atmosphere.

Live music and cocktail expertise, money handling, and strong business acumen are essential. We offer a £55,000 salary per year, service charge/bonus, 50% food and drink discount, and robust training with clear career progression.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and manage busy shifts for a first-class guest experience.
• Handle P&L, stock control, targets, and reporting.

• Lead and develop a professional team, inspiring top-tier service.
• Ensure licenses, risk assessments, and health and safety compliance.
• Organize rotas and manage labour efficiently.
