We are looking for a Support Worker for a new care package at our client's home in Cardiff.

When you'll be working:

• Waking Nights (8pm - 8am)
• Part-time and full-time hours available

What you'll be doing:

Supporting our client with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.

No previous experience is required as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
