Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Live in Support Worker in Milton Keynes to provide dedicated one-to-one care in a client’s home. The role offers a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern, with ongoing zero-hours work, and a focus on building independence and trust through consistent shifts.

You will work in a community-based setting delivering personal care, daily living tasks, and social engagement, ensuring the individual remains as independent as possible with support from a qualified team.

Responsibilities

• Live in a client’s home during your assignment and provide personalised, one-to-one support
• Support with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Assist with moving and handling
• Help with daily household tasks
• Encourage social activities and community engagement
