Active Care Group is seeking Live-In Support Workers (male and female) to join our nationwide team, providing person-centred, 1:1 support to clients in their own homes to preserve independence and dignity.

No prior experience is required as full specialist training is provided. Roles involve moving into the client’s home, helping with personal care, daily tasks, and social activities on a flexible zero-hours contract with regular weekly shifts.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full specialist training provided.
• Good communication skills and reliability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move into the client’s home and provide 1:1 personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Assist with moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities as part of a consistent care team.
• Follow planned weekly shifts and rotas to ensure continuity of care for clients.
