Active Care Group in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Live-in Support Worker to provide dedicated 1:1, person-centred care to a client in his home. The role involves living in the client's home 24/7 on a rolling 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rota, with flexible zero-hours contracting and ongoing assignments.

You will support daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, and accompany the client to appointments and community activities while maintaining independence and choice.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence.
