We are looking to recruit experienced, highly motivated, and proactive Female Support Workers for a live-in package in Worcestershire. You will have a full clean Driving Licence and be able to work on a rolling 2 weeks on 2 weeks off shift pattern. This is a zero contract with regular shifts once assigned to a client to enable continuity of care.
You will be required to attend our company training, which will include staying away from home for 5 days. We will cover the cost of travel and accommodation, and breakfast will be provided.
Please note we are recruiting Female Support Workers due to a genuine occupational requirement of the person we support; therefore, this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9.
Meet our client:
Our client is a lovely gentleman who has a spinal cord injury but still enjoys being as active as possible. He is a dedicated vegetarian who prefers to eat tasty vegetarian meals with his Support Workers and has 2 dogs who he adores but needs support with their care.
