House Manager Job, Virginia Water, Live in or out

Fantastic opportunity to work for a lady in her newly refurbished home in Surrey. The property has 6 bedrooms.

The family do have other properties they go to and they travel frequently in the school holidays. The principal has 1 child aged 4 plus 2 older children who do not live there.

The team consists of 2 cleaners, 1 Chef and 1 Nanny.

The client is looking for a hands on House Manager who can run the house, get to know all the operating systems.

Duties:

• Home management

• Wardrobe management

• Shopping and running errands(driver essential)

• Liasing with contractors

• Greeting and serving guests

• Driving duties (school runs, station picks ups etc) - Non essential

• Helping with housekeeping and laundry

Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday when not in residence, Tuesday - Saturday when in residence (6 months a year)

Start: ASAP

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 GPA
