Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper – Hackney, London

A lovely family in Hackney is seeking a Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper to care for their newborn baby and toddler while keeping the home clean and well-organised. The role is ideal for someone responsible, nurturing, and able to balance childcare with household tasks effectively. The nanny-housekeeper must also be comfortable travelling internationally with the family. A valid First Aid qualification is essential.

Working Hours

Flexibility with days and hours preferable. 50 hours per week.

Accommodation

Own bedroom and bathroom.

Duties

• Assist with nappy changes and prepare bottles for infants.
• Bathe the children and maintain proper hygiene.
• Safeguard the children’s safety, well-being, and development at all times.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs.
• Keep children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, tidy, and well organised.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including sinks, baths, and showers.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen area.
• Wash, dry, and organise clothing and household linens.
• Manage laundry tasks, including ironing and folding.
