We are delighted to present a truly special opportunity for an experienced, nanny to join a vibrant, adventurous family in a live-in role, based in a spacious home with two acres of gardens, and with the potential to travel internationally.
This is a 6 to 7 month fixed term contract beginning in mid-August, with the family planning a relocation to Texas in March 2026. Ideal for a nanny looking for variety, the role involves caring for four children (ages 1, 3, 5, and 12), with a strong focus on the younger three who are at pivotal stages in their development. The family are seeking someone who can bring a calm, confident presence to a loving household, ensuring structure, quality time, and a nurturing atmosphere amidst the daily energy of busy family life.
This live-in role uniquely offers:
• Up to £20/hr gross DOE (dependant on experience)
• Live-in accommodation: private top-floor suite with en-suite bathroom
• Mileage paid at 45p/mile for work-related driving (own car required)
• Opportunities to travel with the family, France in August, the U.S. in October, and possibly skiing and Texas in March 2026
You will be working in a home alongside parents who are hands-on (including one working from home), allowing you to focus on childcare, development, and family wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be a confident swimmer, comfortable around boats, and active by nature—someone who enjoys the outdoors, thrives on movement, and brings calm positivity to busy days.
This position will suit a nanny who is emotionally intelligent, discreet (not overly chatty), organised, and proactive, you will genuinely enjoy supporting a family through both the joyful chaos and the quieter, more meaningful moments.
The family enjoy sports and have a swimming pool at home. Daily activities include Golf, Boating, Running and Cookery.
