Overview

A family based in Lymington, Hampshire is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness of their home. The family are mainly there on weekends and holidays, and the home and property should be cared for to a clean and beautiful standard. The role includes cooking and meal preparation for the family. A driver with a full driving license is required due to the location. The candidate should have experience in large properties and be comfortable welcoming and liaising with handymen, other staff, and handling orders and deliveries.

Hours and Accommodation

Working hours: Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule, with additional hours in holidays and some weekend work when required. Accommodation: a separate studio above the garage.

Duties

• Ironing and laundry
• Dusting and polishing
• Make up beds and change linens
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Deep cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment
• Maintain the boat house and pool house
• Liaise and work with other staff on the property
